The World Wild Life Fund noted the progress that the Public Entity is making in the Goat Removal Project.
WWF:
This is how nature restoration works!💚 We’re sharing a few milestones of the Livestock Control Project on Saba.
✅ More than 4000 free-roaming goats have been successfully removed.
✅ Regrowth of vegetation.
✅ Newly planted trees get the chance to grow. These trees will reduce soil erosion and enhance the island’s biodiversity.
✅ Increased public safety, with fewer rockslides along the roads.
