Two arrests on Saba

In the night of Wednesday, the 29th of October, two people were arrested on Windwardside, Saba. The two individuals are a 41-year-old man with the initials L.A.W.L., arrested for assault, and a 43-year-old woman with the initials J.S.R., arrested for assault and assault with a weapon.
