Suspicious Packages Found Near Beach on Saba Test Positive for Cocaine

Two suspicious packages were found near the beach at Cave of Rum Bay on Saba on Tuesday, September 22. The discovery was reported to the police immediately, and officers seized the packages.

An initial field test indicated that the contents tested positive for cocaine. The narcotics have been seized for further investigation and handed over to the detective department.

The Caribbean Netherlands Police Force (KPCN) thanked the observant citizens who reported the find without delay.
