Most immigrants to Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius leave within seven years
A separate different anaylsis could have been done for Saba.
Saba has the only Caribbean medical school that met the standards of European accreditation. If SUSOM students’ stay are included in the report, which most likely happened here, then data for Saba may have been interpreted wrongly.

Between 300-500 medical students came in and left (of course) after 1 or 2 years !!!

Minimum wage and other social benefits going up in Saba, Statia
So for SABA .. is it a $35-increase for a monthly minimum wage earner? From $1750 to $ 1785?

Saba woman cleared of buying votes for her uncle, but guilty of loan fraud
Why is she the only one guilty of loan fraud. Many people on Saba have committed this act. All those who have recieved the Q-credits and use the money other than what it was intended, should be investigated and prosecuted. Also the people in Qcredits should be investigated too.

Opinion: Concerns about the loss of our own cultural identity
It sounds as if the author is not that sure anymore about his own identity. Saban identity has any way a great variety of features and habits.
Defining Saban culture is not easy because of that many different roots even when families have been living here since 1640.
Making a map of cultural history is difficult, as I noticed when starting the website that is under construction but that already can be found at: https://saba-culturalheritage.com

Court dismisses goat owners' plea to stop controversial culling programme
The government needs to add the mountain road to the list of areas for shooting goats. Most residents have experience the destructive behavior of these goats. As a home owner, it have been a constant battle with these goats. They destroy home gardens which is meant to help homeowners save money in the shops.
I support the government action in controlling these goats. The goat owners take no responsibility for the destruction from these goats. Some of us home owners that have outside gardens are fed-up

Well said and I agree with you.
I have had to fence my own yard to protect my plants from free roaming goats.

I love cultural awareness ! How about a visiting chamber orchestra from the Netherlands and Netherlands Dance Theatre? Could we please have some more culture on Saba? Thank you.
