Update
The 2 apartment buildings with underground at Over the Peak, close to Windwardside, Saba, will be auctioned on December 3rd, 2024.
The properties can be sold separately.
A private bid can be submitted before November 18th, 2024 at 4.00 PM.
Please send any written offer to notary office St. Eustatius and Saba (NOTARY@STATIASABA.COM) before then, or visit our office at Coble Stone Road 3-A, The Bottom, Saba.
Best to announce your visit in advance.

The bid has to be for a realistic amount but can be lower than the publicly announced reserve price.
If the bank considers a particular bid acceptable, it has the option to enter into a purchase agreement with the respective bidder.
This agreement will have to be submitted to the court for approval. Upon receiving said approval, the purchase becomes final, and the auction is called off in that case.
